What we collect

• Ride request details you provide by form or phone: name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off locations, timing, and mobility needs.
• Call information. Calls to our scheduling line may be recorded and transcribed for quality and scheduling accuracy. You will hear a notice before recording begins.
• Site analytics and advertising data, including how you found us (for example, a search ad click), collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To schedule and provide your transportation, including sharing trip details with the credentialed transportation provider fulfilling your ride.
• To contact you about your request, quote, or ride.
• To measure and improve our advertising (for example, knowing that an ad led to a booked ride).

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not send marketing email or text campaigns. Contact from us is about your ride.
• We do not share your information beyond the provider fulfilling your ride and the service vendors that operate our scheduling systems (hosting, telephone, and analytics services).
